You can easily track your cargo online using either the airway bill number or the date and number of the corresponding flight.

Once your cargo has arrived, please contact the Delivery Service at the Cargo Department of the arrival location. To collect your shipment, you will need to present a certificate of receipt, which may include:

• A letter of proxy

• An official letter from your company

• Valid identification documents
