Cargo Claims – Loss, Damage, or Delay

Although rare, unforeseen issues in cargo transportation may occasionally result in loss, damage, or delayed delivery, despite all precautions taken. To ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of compensation claims, the sender, recipient, or their authorized representatives must apply to the FESCO SHIPPING offices or to FESCO SHIPPING’s Cargo General Sales Agents within the designated deadlines and with the required documentation.
